​Sayang's reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Pricing
  • All prices stated are nett.

Products
  • Cakes are best stored refrigerated and consumed within 2 days of collection. Sayang's shall not be held accountable should cakes be kept or stored inappropriately or for extensive periods.
  • All cakes may contain traces of nuts, eggs snd milk, among other possible allergens. Customers are strongly encouraged to let us know their food allergies before placing an order. Sayang's is not to be held accountable for any adverse medical conditions/allergies due to the consumption of our products.
  • Cakes are halal.
  • Pictures of cakes may vary from the actual product.

Order
  • Orders are subject to availability.
  • Orders will only be completed upon confirmation of prepayment and collection date.
  • Orders must be received at least 4 days prior to collection.
  • Maximum of 1 change to an order is allowed. Subsequent changes will automatically incur an administrative charge of SGD10 per change.
  • Changes to your order must be made 4 days prior to collection. Thereafter, there will be a surcharge of SGD10 per change.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellation of orders 3 days prior to collection.

Payment
  • All orders require prepayment.
  • ​We accept PayNow, PayLah! and bank transfer.

Collection
  • Collection of cakes will be at the following locations in Singapore with prior arrangement:
    Punggol MRT station or 175A Punggol Field Singapore 821175
  • We strongly encourage Bring-Your-Own-Bag - otherwise our reusable paper bag will cost you SGD2 each - as it not only helps reduce our carbon footprint, it also keeps our prices down.
  • Arrangement of collection must be confirmed 3 days prior to date of collection.
  • For customers' no-show, SGD10 will be imposed. Items must be collected within the next 24 hours.
  • Sayang's shall not be liable or responsible for late arrival or failure to arrive at the arranged destination due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
